You can allow any number of devices to access the software on the licensed computer in order to synchronize the data between devices. However, this section does not mean that you have the right to install the software on any of these other devices or to use the main function of the software (with features other than those mentioned in this section). The software contains one or more components of .NET Framework that you can only use as described in go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=66406 if you use the .NET Framework components to perform internal reference tests. F. Use in a virtualized environment. If you use virtualization software, including the Hyper-V client, to create one or more virtual computers on a single computer hardware system, each virtual computer and physical computer are considered separate computers for the purposes of this agreement. With this license, you can only install a copy of the software used on a computer, whether it is a physical or virtual computer. If you want to use the software on more than one virtual computer, you need to get separate copies of the software and a separate license for each copy. Content protected by digital rights management technology or other encryption technologies for full-volume hard drives may be less secure in a virtualized environment. The laws of the state or country in which you live regulate all claims and disputes concerning the software (including its price) or that agreement, including violation of contractual rights and rights under national consumer protection legislation, unfair competition laws, unspoken guarantee laws, enrichment and wrongdoing, except that the FAA regulates all provisions relating to arbitration. If you bought the software in another country, the laws of that country apply. This agreement outlines certain rights.
Under the laws of your state or country, you may have other rights, including consumer rights. You may also have rights to the part you purchased the software from. This agreement does not change these other rights if the laws of your state or country do not allow it. If your software packaging indicates a geographic region, you can only activate the software in that region. They must also comply with all domestic and international export laws and rules applicable to the software, including restrictions on destinations, end-users and end-use.
